Mr. Noren Mandal is a self-made entrepreneur who ventured into construction at an early age. Through vision and determination, he built Pee Pee Mandal Projects Private Limited into a prominent player in railway infrastructure. His leadership has driven impressive growth over two decades.

Starting with modest civil contracts, Mr. Mandal recognised early that India's railway modernisation would be one of the most consequential infrastructure stories of the century. He positioned the company to specialise in Ballastless Track systems - a technically demanding segment that few contractors had the expertise to execute.
Under his stewardship, the company has delivered projects spanning 203+ km of track, served marquee clients like DMRC, IRCON, Indian Railways and L&T, and expanded from Delhi to cross-border infrastructure in Nepal. The growth is not just in numbers - it is in the depth of expertise the team has built.
